The Sophomore American History classes teamed up with the kindergarten classes for a President's Day project. Sophomore students picked a U.S. President to study and create a slide show that they then shared with a kindergarten partner. The kindergartener "took notes" on Day 1, writing and drawing some things that they learned about the President. Then on Day 2 the Sophomores returned to help the kindergarteners design a sweatshirt for that President. On the sweatshirt they drew things that were important to that President or things that might have happened while he or she was in office. This was a really neat experience and the kindergarten would like to say a big thank-you to the Sophomores for all their help!

Today, our seniors and kindergartners came together for their Caps and Crayons program, celebrating Valentine’s Day with a fun activity and sharing lunch. It’s amazing to see these connections continue to grow throughout the year. Watching them bond and enjoy each other’s company is truly special!
Preschool screening dates. The screenings at USV and Ridgemont are for children from any district, including HN. If your child is currently enrolled in one of our preschools, they do not need to be screened.

Yesterday, Quest Federal Credit Union visited Hardin Northern to guide our Jr. high and high school students through the “Game of Life”! This hands-on experience gave students valuable insights into budgeting, financial decision making and real-world responsibilities. A big thank you to Quest Federal Credit Union for investing in our students’ futures and bringing this interactive learning opportunity to our school!
