Our students and staff sent the Polar Bears off with tons of spirit and good luck for tonight’s game.
Go Bears!
Using balloons, dominoes, tennis balls, and sheets of paper, they explored how forces act and react in different situations. These hands-on activities helped make complex concepts easier to see, understand, and apply.

We blended descriptive writing practice with a festive treat today! Second graders transformed plain sugar cones into beautiful, edible Christmas trees using frosting and an array of colorful candies.
They practiced using vivid adjectives to describe the crunchy, sparkly, and sweet details of their creations before enjoying every last bite. What a delicious way to learn!
Students were given a collection of bones and tasked with assembling them correctly and answering questions about specific processes and intricacies of each bone.

Leading the way were Addy Bacon with 16 points and Lainey Thomas with 11 points. Great job, ladies!
Way to go, Bears! 🏀

Congratulations to the November Students of the Month! 👏
Today, our November Students of the Month had the chance to enjoy a special lunch with Mr. Halsey. It’s always wonderful to recognize students for their positive efforts and the great things they’re doing each day.
And there’s more — once the weather warms up, they’ll also get to enjoy an extra recess as an additional reward.
