This semester Mr. Foster's GRIT Family has embraced the One Word project. Each student picked One Word as their vision for themselves in 2024. The word is their goal and strategy for helping them realize their potential. Each student picked a different word such as Belief, Relax, Growth, Discipline, and Focus.
As a family, they discussed the words and what they mean to each student. During their weekly meetings, they try to keep each other accountable and ask how their Word
applies to what they are experiencing in school. Mr. Foster picked the word Encourage as his word because it describes what he hopes they can do for each other throughout the year.
