Hardin Northern Students in grades 3-6 had the opportunity to participate in an afterschool program sponsored by the Midwest Regional Educational Service Center and Piatt Castle Mac-A-Cheek. The students were able to explore ancient and modern objects stored in a 100 year old cabinet from Piatt Castle. The students learned how each object was connected to people long ago. The students worked with each other to create their own cabinets that reflect their interests. The students had a great time exploring and creating.
