On Wednesday afternoon the History Brigade practiced their history showmanship skills at the Hardin County Fair as Wyatt Linke and Mr. Foster told the story of Jacob Parrott and Andrews Raid.Their presentation was part of the Homemaker Demonstration Area and explained how the Hardin County teenager took part in one of the boldest raids of the Civil War and earned his place in American History as the recipient of America’s first ever Medal of Honor.
