Alyssa Heldman is one of this year’s Hardin Northern queen candidates for the 2022 Hardin County Fair Royalty Contest. Alyssa is the 18 year old daughter of Oliver and April Heldman of Kenton. Alyssa has been involved with the Hardin County Fair since she was 6. She exhibited hogs and dairy cows in pee-wee showmanship and then went on to show rabbits in 4-H. Alyssa currently shows Dairy Beef Feeders and has for 5 years. Through FFA and 4-H, she has also exhibited a wide variety of both still and woodworking projects. Alyssa is a current member of the Hardin Northern FFA Chapter, the Blanchard Pleasant Buckeyes 4-H club, and the Hardin County Jr. Fairboard where she serves as president for all 3 groups. She also served as the 2022 Hardin County Dairy Beef Queen. Alyssa is looking forward to what the 2022 Hardin County Fair has to offer this year, and she has a feeling it is going to be one of the best ones yet! She believes that there is so much to look forward to at the fair this year and hopes to see everyone there!
