April Holbrook, from the Ohio Pork Council, visited Ms. Cross’ classes on Thursday, March 31st to present about modern pig farming, how nutritional pork is, how versatile pork is, how economical pork is, and of course how tasty pork can be! Dishes created with students’ help included: BBQ Pork and Potatoes and Aebleflaesk (Danish apples and pork).
