Mrs. Mast’s Class has been working on representing fractions of more than on a numberline. To review and reinforce the concept the groups had to create a numberline out of tape from 0 to 3 wholes and represent a given unit fraction between each whole. Then they had to complete the task of placing different fractions either as improper or mixed number form on the correct mark on each fraction line. They rotated through 5 centers and then completed a sort to check their individual understanding.
