Students in Mrs. Uitto’s English III class have been reviewing for the ACT English test in the ACT Olympics! In order to make reviewing more fun, partners chose countries to represent and the topical review questions were broken up into a series of Olympic “events”. At the end of each event, medals were issued, and the class kept an overall “medal count”. In the 8th period final standings, Australia (Bella Wilson and Ava Hopson) finished with Bronze, Puerto Rico (Coleton Dirmeyer and Zach Spearman) finished with Silver, and Iceland (Katie Good and Emma Martin) were awarded the Gold.
