The kindergarten classes are currently studying Arctic Animals. They research a new animal each day by reading and watching videos. Afterward, they list facts that they have learned about that animal. Finally, they write at least one sentence in their Arctic Animal books, and draw a picture to match. So far, students have researched the walrus, polar bear, beluga whale, orca, snowy owl, harp seal, and arctic fox. There will be many more animals, activities, and projects to follow in the coming weeks.
