Kindergarten Screening at Hardin Northern School for the 2021-2022 school year has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 5, 2021 from 8:30–3:30 p.m. in the High School Gym.

Your child must be 5 years of age on, or before August 1, 2021 to be eligible for next year’s Kindergarten Class.

You must register your child for Kindergarten Screening in the office prior to the screening date. Please call 419-759-2331 and ask for Jodi Thiel, Elementary Secretary.

When registering your child, we will need the following papers from you:

*-Child’s Birth Certificate
*-Social Security Card
*-Immunization Records/Health History
*-Custody Papers (If Applicable)
*-Proof of Residency (Anything with your name and current address such as driver’s license, billing, etc.)

Paperwork needs to be turned in by April 14th.
