All 7th and 12th grade students need to have proof of immunizations turned into the main office. 7th grade students need meningitis and Tdap. Seniors need meningitis. Ohio State law requires the proper immunization or your child can be excluded from school.
Rite Aid will be here @ HN to give immunizations to 7th and 12th graders who still need them on Wed. Aug. 26th. Paperwork needs to be turned in to the school nurse by Fri. Aug. 21st. Paperwork is available on the HN website or in the main office. If your child is not yet 13, he/she will need a prescription from the Dr. to receive the immunization from Rite Aid. No vaccines will be given w/o the proper paperwork.
