Teen Screen is a free opportunity for students to be evaluated for things that put students at risk of substance abuse, mental health issues, and self harm. If you would like your 7-12 grader to participate in this screening on September 23 here at HN, please fill out this permission form and return it to Mr. Wilson by Friday, September 13.
