On Wednesday, members of the Hardin Northern football team and members of the Hardin Northern cheer squad teamed up with the local V.F.W. to place American flags at two local cemeteries in Dola and Dunkirk. A flag is placed on every site of a veteran that served during a foreign war. The flags are placed each year by Hardin Northern students in commemoration of Memorial Day.
