Mrs. Klir’s students in her Global Foods class completed their Ohio Level One Food Safety Training Program on March 6th, 2018. The Ohio Level 1 food safety certification focuses on safe food preparation and handling techniques and is intended for anyone that works in food preparation, storage, or service. Upon completion of the course, students were immediately food safety certified and given their Ohio Level 1 certificate.
