On July 17th through the 20th the Hardin Northern FFA Officer team went to the beautiful Hocking Hills State Park for their officer retreat. The officer team includes President- Cassidy, Vice President- Claira, Treasurer- Shelby, Secretary- Rylie, Sentinel- Ginnie, and Reporter- Cassidy. While there the team planned out the upcoming year’s FFA schedule, discussed the improvements of past chapter events and planned new events for the chapter. Officers also worked together in many team building activities such as making marshmallow towers, a 4 mile kayaking trip down the river, and a fun game of messy paint twister. A highlight of the trip was navigating the trials in Hocking Hills State Park to see Old Man’s Cave and Cedar Falls. The team enjoyed the retreat and is very excited for the upcoming school year as officers of the Hardin Northern FFA.
