Kindergarten Screening at Hardin Northern School for the 2017-2018 school year has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 5, 2017 from 8:30 – 3:30 in the JH/Elementary Gym. 

Your child must be 5 years of age on, or before August 1, 2017 to be eligible for next year’s Kindergarten Class.

You must register your child for Kindergarten Screening in the Elementary Office prior to the screening date. Please call 419-759-2331 and ask for Jodi Thiel, Elementary Secretary, to set up an appointment. All appointments will be scheduled between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on regular school days.

When registering your child during your appointment, we will need the following papers from you:

• Child’s Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Immunization Records/Health History
• Custody Papers ( If Applicable )
• Proof of Residency ( Anything with your name and current address such as driver’s license, billing, etc. )
