Kindergarten Screening at Hardin Northern School for the 2016-2017 school year has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 6, 2016 from 8:30 – 3:30 in the JH/Elementary Gym.

Your child must be 5 years of age on or before August 1, 2016 to be eligible for next year’s Kindergarten Class.

You must register your child for Kindergarten Screening in the Elementary Office prior to the screening date. Please call 419-759-2331 and ask for Mrs. DeLong to set up an appointment. All appointments will be scheduled between the hours of 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM on regular school days.

When registering your child, please bring with you the following:

• Child’s Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Immunization Records/Health History
• Custody Papers (If Applicable)
• Proof of Residency (Anything with your name and current address such as driver’s license, billing, etc.)

We will be asking you to fill out all necessary paperwork at this time, which will take approximately one hour.
